My name is Nuno Madeira, I was born in June of 1979, I live and grew up in Lisbon, the city of my dreams, nooks, and passions.
I am not a journalist, much less a writer, I am a graduate in Communication Design and I develop several projects of Image, Communication and Digital Marketing, “sciences” in constant evolution. The power of learning and knowledge is something that resides in me always and at will to learn, to know and to discover, never stopped.
With diverse backgrounds in the areas of design and multimedia, marketing, adventure sports, and photography, the latter is no longer just a hobby to accompany me like a passion.
The taste for travel began in 2004 on the first of four trips to Scotland with a group of friends. Since then the will to visit and to know other places, other people and customs have been increasing. Whenever there is an opportunity try not to waste it.
From the trips I have already made, I highlight Scotland for its history, its environs and hospitality, Iceland for its magical and unique breathtaking landscapes, and India, a country of immense contrasts that makes us sometimes question our social environment with problems that are often insignificant in the eyes of the world.
It is not easy to find me on the road without the camera in my hand and it is strange to think that before I started traveling in 2004 that I hated photography … Life takes many turns, and what is today may not be tomorrow.
What prompted me to create the blog? Because since 2004 I do photography and try to capture the best places I visit to try to recreate these feelings on the blog, but also to be able to contribute useful information to anyone who can read it.
